a. How To Install MAXSENDS Software

  1. Download MAXSENDS Software.
  2. Open Max-Sends.zip file and click Max Sends to install software.
  3. Fill in the details and paste the licence key received in the email and click activate to use the software.
  4. If you buy from our reseller, please ask them to give you the licence key to activate the software.

b. How To Connect WhatsApp Account

  1. Click open WhatsApp icon
  2. Scan your QR code in whatsapp

a. How To Grab Number From WhatsApp Group

  1. Click Groups Grabber icon
  2. Click Fetch Groups
  3. Mark Selected Group
  4. Click Get Contact From Selected Groups Button

Note: If there are no numbers are shown after “Fetching Contact From Group Have Been Done”, Please search the group, and enter the group info so that software will detect the number and redo steps 1 to 4. If still can’t mean it is a Private Group.

b. How To Filter Non-WhatsApp Number

  1. Select Numbers Filter icon.
  2. Choose phone numbers from Files / Manual key-in.
  3. Files > Browse your contact numbers file .
  4. Choose file (txt, xlsx, csv).
  5. Tick Remove Duplication.
  6. Click Start Checking button.
  7. Connect your WhatsApp Account (if still not connected)

a. How To Send Message & Schedule

  1. Go to View menu.
  2. Select Send Campaign.
  3. Import Contact Number from files / manual key-in .
    Mark Remove Duplication.
  4. Select file (txt, csv).
  5. Please create a EXCEL, with name in 1st column , Contact number in 2nd column ( mention country code, no need +) Then , save the file as *csv format.
    Check Your sending settings.
  6. Select either to send now or scheduled send.
  7. Choose time and date if you want to scheduled send (DON’T SHUT DOWN YOUR SYSTEM)
    Select+Unknowns contacts (if you never chat them before ).
  8. Select my contact (if you already have conversation and save their number).
    Click OK.

b. How To Set Interval Timer Between Each Message Sent

  1. Select settings icon.

  2. Select connection > normal option.
  3. Select sending settings.
  4. Change waiting time betweento 5 seconds and 10 seconds.
  5. Mark Active Sleep between Sending.
  6. Change After to 30 messages.
  7. Change for to 30 seconds.

c. How To Use Spintax in Message Template

  1. Select Insert Variable
  2. Choose Insert Spintax option.
  3. Enter Your Text (Greeting or anything).
  4. Click Add to Message button
  1. Go to set auto reply.
  2. Enter your Auto Reply Name.
  3. Select condition type .
  4. Enter your auto reply message.
  5. Select image /pdf / file that you want to send (Optional)
  6. Mark enable rule .
  7. Choose OK

b. Text/Image/Messages are not sending!

Paste your text on notepad (if you copy from whatsApp)
Save the notepad as .txt format

FOLLOW THIS STEP CORRECTLY

1. CTRL + C (from whatsapp)
2. Then CTRL + SHIFT + V to notepad
3. Save Notepad as .txt format

  1. Import your text from txt file. File > Import Message
  2. increase delay Time in Setup
  3. Don’t Minimize Web WhatsApp While Sending Message
  4. Disable the activated Chrome extension
  5. Confirm it that you installed latest version of Chrome. (Click : > Help > About Google Chrome)
  6. Make sure you using MAXSENDS Software
  7. Check Updated Version Of MAXSENDS Software

a. How To Show Sent Message Report

  1. Go to menu “ view”
  2. Select Send Campaign.
  3. Select Date and Time.

b. How To Save Message As Template

  1. Create your Message Template
  2. Go To File > Save Message option
  3. Enter your Template Name.
  4. Repeat Step 1 to 3 for another message
  • Messages  Delay Time is 5.sec
  • Active Sleep option for every 5 Messages For 10 Second 
  • Existing Number which you had good enough whatsapp conversation through mobile itself
  • Never use newly activated number for sending whatsapp conversation

Well, it’s Simple! If you are running a Restaurant, Clothing Shop, or Furniture Shop for example… You will be having daily walk customers and you don’t have time to save their number to send a welcome message/or thank you for the Dining/Purchasing message.

We Don’t Recommend you to send BIG BULK through any WhatsApp software Due to WhatsApp Algorithm

If you are trying to send Bulk, WARNING! Don’t Use an important number! and never use newly activated numbers for sending bulk if you want to send a bulk promotion to your customer. Buy new sim use 7-30 Days normally by sending Hi, Hello Good morning message, to your contacts and Joining some WhatsApp group

Respect Users Privacy! Send Only Relative Message if they are interested

  • Never use Newly Activated Number For Promotion 
  • After Activating New WhatsApp Account For 4-10 days chat normally with your saved contacts,
  • Join Open Groups Make conversation their 
  • Use the Dual App Option in mobile to clone Multiple WhatsApp Account
  • Don’t Use more than 4 WhatsApp on the  same mobile
  • Just Request your customer to ignore a message if not interested without reporting to WhatsApp
  • Delete Chats after Campaign 

if you want to send with a name you have to use the Import “Import from files” option,

(Export Excel to ‘CSV-MS DOC’ Format in this case left column should be name right should be number)

If you are importing a txt file it should be below format (comma separated)
